Bob Tepper and Nathan Ciulla will be attending the 2022 National Flea Market Association’s Annual Conference. As one of the last vestiges of small entrepreneurship in the U.S., the country's over 1100 U.S. flea markets provide opportunities for approximately 2.25 million vendors conducting over $30 Billion in sales annually. The markets are visited by over 150 million customers each year. Flea markets contribute to the local, state, and federal economy through real estate, food, sales and use taxes. In addition, the federal government recognizes flea markets as a regulated form of retail business and permanently includes them in the national census for purposes of determining the country's gross national product (GNP). The NFMA is dedicated supporting and lobbying member flea markets from all over the US.
Bob Tepper will be presenting: Succession- Not the Television Show- Succession Planning to Protect Your Market. This presentation will help market owners plan for the future so that their markets will not just outlast them, but will thrive in doing so. Bob has presented on various topics to help these markets over the years, including topics such as insurance considerations and security needs. Bob will also be hosting an Ask the Attorney round table, where attendees will be able to ask any questions they have for Bob, regardless of topic.
